Namply (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an AI-powered tool for generating brand and domain name ideas.

We collect only the minimal data required to operate and improve the service.

a. Information you provide

• Short project descriptions or prompts you enter in the generator.
  • These inputs are processed by AI models to produce results.
  • We don’t store them permanently in user-identifiable form.

b. Automatic data

• Basic analytics such as page views, device type, and general location (city/country level).
• Temporary technical data such as IP addresses for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Cloudflare Turnstile tokens, if used, to verify legitimate users (no personal data).

c. Affiliate tracking

If you click a domain partner link (e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy), the registrar may place a cookie to record the referral.
These cookies belong to our affiliate partners, not to Namply.
We do not receive or store personal information from them.

• Operate and maintain the Namply service.
• Improve AI quality and system performance.
• Prevent abuse or spam.
• Track aggregated usage trends (e.g. number of sessions per day).
• Earn commissions from affiliate partners when users buy domains.

• Track your browsing history outside Namply.

🌍 5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to run Namply efficiently:

• Cloudflare — for hosting, caching, and performance.
• OpenAI / Cloudflare Workers AI / Meta Llama models — for text generation (processed data only).
• Spaceship API — for affiliate domain availability checks.
• Google Fonts — to load and display fonts used on the website. Fonts are served directly from Google’s servers. When requested, Google may receive your IP address and browser information as part of the font delivery process. For more details, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

These providers may process technical or anonymized data under their respective privacy policies.

🧾 6. Data Retention

Temporary session data is stored briefly for performance caching or debugging.
